Edinboro University’s Department of Nursing is seeking on-line applications for a full-time (up to 100%) temporary Instructor to online nursing faculty teaching positions teach theory and/or clinical areas that include Medical/Surgical, Maternity, and/or Pediatric nursing assignments. The incumbent will teach theory and/or supervise BSN nursing students in the clinical setting. Student levels include sophomore, junior and senior levels in Traditional and Innovative programs. Various units within the clinical setting may be involved depending on the level and clinical course. In the clinical setting, faculty will be expected to assist/supervise students with procedures, medication administration, and level of care involved with the specific course. Clinical rotations include junior and senior level medical surgical, pediatric and maternity. All nursing faculty will also need to fulfill health requirements and background checks as required by the Edinboro University Department of Nursing and the participating health institutions.
